A crypto asset management firm has submitted an amendment to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) aiming to include litecoin (LTC) and XRP, among other cryptocurrencies, in its Nasdaq Crypto Index US ETF.
The amendment also proposes the addition of cardano’s ADA, solana’s SOL, and several other altcoins such as LINK, AVAX, and UNI. Currently, the fund is primarily focused on bitcoin (BTC) with some allocation to ether (ETH), as referenced on the firm’s website.
An alternative version of this fund is available on the Bermuda Stock Exchange, allowing investors to gain exposure to a more extensive array of cryptocurrencies through the Hashdex Nasdaq Crypto Index ETF. The Nasdaq Crypto Index US ETF is crafted to track a diversified assortment of digital assets, providing investors with a regulated pathway into the crypto market.
