Blocksquare has announced the introduction of an enhanced infrastructure for its premier White-Label Marketplace.
Blocksquare, a leader in real estate tokenization technology, has declared the worldwide launch of a significant upgrade to its real-asset marketplace infrastructure, as reported exclusively.
Set to debut on March 25, this update will provide a quicker, more user-friendly, and scalable experience for platforms utilizing Blocksquare, serving regions throughout Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and beyond.
The upgrade features a revamped user interface, enhanced buy and sell workflows that streamline transactions through intelligent validation and clearer instructions, along with a next-generation blockchain indexing system.
Revamped user interface and enhanced trading workflows
The newly designed interface offers a fresh look with smoother transitions, ensuring an optimized browsing experience on various devices.
“We didn’t merely refresh the appearance—we reengineered the experience for the future of RWA trading,” stated Denis Petrovcic, CEO and Co-founder of Blocksquare. “Our goal was to deeply understand user interactions with tokenized real estate platforms—from novice investors making their first foray to seasoned users managing diverse portfolios. The result is a thorough transformation of the marketplace experience, merging intuitive design with intelligent trading logic and real-time data infrastructure.”
Enhanced wallet integration and real-time blockchain indexing
Blocksquare has also rolled out improved wallet integration, streamlining the processes for token purchases and pre-sales, alongside a more seamless login and experience enhancements post-authentication. Visual updates include better property displays, comprehensive APY breakdowns, and refined performance analytics.
A significant technical upgrade involves transitioning from The Graph’s Subgraph to Envio for blockchain indexing, which allows for real-time data indexing, boosts reliability, and ensures the platform is scalable for future smart contract advancements.
“This upgrade represents much more than just enhancements. It lays the groundwork for the next stage of decentralized real estate markets,” noted Julia Buchholz, CMO of Blocksquare.
This update will be automatically implemented across all marketplaces powered by Blocksquare, including those specializing in coliving, commercial real estate, hospitality, and social housing. Operators will benefit from these enhancements without the need for additional development efforts.
